Our Caterer

Prime Hospitality Catering grew organically. Brandywine Prime Seafood and Chops opened in 2007. Since then we have been fortunate enough to win a Best of Philly award, Best of Delaware, Best of the Main Line and numerous Wine Spectator awards. Our catering division humbly started out as “favors” for some of our most frequent restaurant patrons. As the “favors” transformed into weddings and corporate events, Prime Hospitality Catering was launched.

Dedication to providing excellent service begins with personal attention from our team and carries through to our staff members who are fluent in the art of catering.  Your event is the one and only event our team will do that day.  Our goal is to make our clients feel like a guest at their own party.

From tents in your own backyard to rustic barns and historic properties, we craft each event individually.  We offer custom menus, coordination of staff and rentals, on site planning and execution, setup, breakdown and anything in between.  A corporate catering for 1000 or a backyard wedding for 15 garners the same effort and enthusiasm.

Our passion for food and delight in seeing people smile proved to be an excellent resume to submit a job such as bringing your vision to life.
